About Us

Sorelle d'Italia in America is a non-profit organization based out of Southington, CT founded in 2010. Our mission is centered around empowering women to preserve Italian heritage and traditions while fostering community through service and support.  

Our core values are centered around our guiding principles, which include: 

• Heritage Preservation by celebrating and upholding Italian traditions, language and culture for future generations. 

• Community Engagement by actively serving and supporting our local community through charitable initiatives and outreach.

• Empowerment by fostering a supportive environment that empowers women of all ages to connect, learn, and lead. 

• Collaboration by working together as members and with local organizations to enhance our impact and strengthen bonds within our community.
